Identifying common problems such as plugged ducts, mastitis and increasing your milk supply will also be addressed. A list of community resources will be available to support you upon your return home.
This class is best taken between 30 – 36 weeks of pregnancy.

This class will meet in the Hummingbird Room at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children - Presbyterian / St. Luke's Medical Center located at 1719 East 19th Avenue, Denver, CO. 80218.

Directions - The closest cross streets: 20th Avenue and High Street. Free parking is available at the hospital. It is best to park in the parking facility at 2055 High Street and enter in through that Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children which is located across the driveway. Walk in through the main entrance and the classroom can be found down the hall on the right, across from the elevators.

Please bring snacks, a water bottle, pen and paper to class.
